SAA Welcomes New Varsity Tennis Coach

We are excited to share that Coach Meghan Flowers will join St. Agnes Academy as our new Varsity Tennis Coach.

Coach Flowers brings with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the game. Consistently described as passionate, organized, and outgoing, she has been a devoted tennis player since the age of five and brings an impressive resume as an educator, tennis pro, and former Division I tennis player at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.

Throughout her playing and coaching career, Coach Flowers has honed a strong focus on "tennis IQ." She excels at helping athletes analyze strengths and weaknesses, recognize patterns, construct match strategy, and compete with purpose and confidence.

Beyond the court, Coach Flowers brings eight years of experience as an educator, having entered the field through Teach For America as a mathematics major. She understands how to help students move beyond memorization to true understanding and growth. Additionally, she serves as a Master Trainer with Neighborhood Barre, where she mentors other instructors, refines their technique, and builds their confidence as leaders.

“I’m incredibly excited and honored to step into this role and become part of the St. Agnes community! I’m looking forward to building on the tradition and foundation established in the tennis program while bringing my own energy and perspective to the team. Tennis teaches so many lessons about resilience, confidence, discipline, and mental toughness. My goal is to help our girls develop that strength of character in addition to creating a competitive program built on hard work and a commitment to excellence. I’m excited to see what we can accomplish together!”
